Customer Service is a core value at CompuCaddy. We provide multiple ways to communicate and resolve your inquires including phone and email support, the Knowledge Center on the website, and a variety of training, maintenance and service plans.

Our in-house technical support personnel are available to assist in troubleshooting via phone or email, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (EST). Most questions or issues can be resolved person to person remotely; however, in the instance where your issue cannot be resolved remotely, a CompuCaddy expert can come to your site to evaluate and repair your CompuCaddy cart (See On Request Service Visit below).
